ACTA’s Reference Group on Innovative Trial Design held a webinar on the challenges associated with Data Safety and Monitoring Boards (DSMBs) in adaptive trial designs. The webinar was well received, with more than 50 people attending on the day.

One of the challenges associated with adaptive trials is ensuring that the DSMB functions effectively. To help address this knowledge gap, ACTA hosted a webinar in conjunction with Dr Scott Berry and Dr Michelle Detry from Berry Consultants.

ACTA would like to extend a sincere thanks to Scott and Michelle who are world-leaders in the design, conduct, analysis, and reporting of investigator-initiated as well as commercially sponsored adaptive trials.
