ACTA are working with the Australian Teletrials Program to help in the development of teletrials as a way to bring safe, cost effective and quality trials closer to home for many Australians. The project will deliver capacity building and education for Clinical Trial Networks and Coordinating Centres to help plan and run teletrials across regional, rural and remote sites in Australia and across all therapeutic areas.
As part of this activity, ACTA has developed a survey that should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. This survey aims to gain an understanding of current CTN and CC awareness of teletrials, with insight into the main barriers and enablers for future success. The results of this survey will be used to optimise the delivery of resources and help tailor educational materials to ensure that the content ACTA produces is the most helpful to you and your partners. This project will run until mid 2024 and it is hoped it will result in the planning and establishment of several teletrials across Australia.
Your responses to the survey are greatly appreciated and ask that you complete (one per CTN or CC) the survey by Monday 6th March 2023. If you would like to know more, please contact Rebecca Trowman - Rebecca.trowman@clinicaltrialsalliance.org.au.
