Dear Colleagues
Over the last month, several of our Members approached ACTA to consider establishing a register of clinical trials on COVID-19 in Australia. We reached out to our clinical trial network members in March to get an early snapshot of the landscape which we provided to the Office of the Chief Scientist.
Thank you to all who provided valuable information, but of course, this is a moving target. The need for national coordination and prioritisation of COVID-19 trials is vitally important, and we are in discussion with the Commonwealth and jurisdictions around this. We hope to inform you of a solution soon.
