Tender for Business Review of Clinical Trial Networks

ACTA is seeking tenders to perform a business review of six clinical trial networks to identify areas of inefficiency and provide recommendations for improvements.

The scope of the work is to:

• Identify if there is an opportunity for further capacity with the CTNs’ current resources and funding through becoming more efficient.
• Identify any shared services that could be considered between networks to increase capacity.
• Assess what additional impact a CTN could deliver if they had greater capacity.

Tender for Evaluation of Success Factors in Clinical Trial Networks

ACTA is seeking tenders to provide a report of the current status of CTNs within Australia in relation to identified success factors.

The scope of the work is to deliver:

• A questionnaire assessing a CTN’s performance against 20 factors identified in a sector consultation.
• This will be sent to the CTNs currently registered with ACTA for completion.
• A report highlighting the current status of CTNs within Australia.
• The successful tenderer will analyse the results and produce a report.
