Early phase decision making in the pharmaceutical industry

In this talk James will discuss the history of how decision making has been conducted in the industry and illustrate the different approaches taken by different pharma companies. He will cover the current AstraZeneca approach and explain how this decision making approach has influenced early phase trial design. Decision making, based on the Probability of Phase 3 Success and Clinical Assurance will also be detailed in his talk.
