Emergency Medicine Research - Past, Present and Future
The Research Symposium, co-hosted by the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) and the Emergency Medicine Foundation (EMF), will take place from Wednesday 11 to Thursday 12 March in Brisbane, Queensland. The two-day, in-person symposium is designed to foster collaboration and inspire excellence in research across Australian and Aotearoa New Zealand emergency departments.
Centered on the theme Emergency Medicine Research – Past, Present and Future, the Symposium will showcase the evolution of emergency medicine research while spotlighting the innovations shaping the future of the specialty. It will provide a platform for established and emerging researchers to share their findings, reflect on the milestones that have shaped our field, and explore the new frontiers of emergency medicine research.
For ACTA members and those with an interest in clinical trials in emergency medicine, the Symposium offers a valuable opportunity to engage with leading investigators, gain practical insights into trial development, and contribute to collaborative discussions that shape future research directions.
