An overview of adaptive trial designs

Adaptive designs are in high demand in academia and the pharmaceutical industry due to the flexibility and innovation they provide. In this presentation, we will review the main methodological approaches to adaptive trial design and illustrate their performance on existing trials. We will briefly discuss issues related to trial conduct and existing software.
