ACTA is seeking to recruit a Clinical Trial Specialist who will report directly into the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will engage ACTA member Clinical Trial Networks and Coordinating Centres to support the Australian Teletrial Program implementation nationally. The candidate will provide authoritative, strategic advice on the development and implementation of teletrials and expert advice on the research and ethics governance framework. The candidate will also ensure that policies and procedures enabling the uptake of teletrials are documented and designed collaboratively with various stakeholders and in compliance with the National Clinical Trials Governance Framework.

ATKN is a collaborative research group with an international track record in the design and conduct of investigator-initiated clinical trials in kidney disease. The successful applicant will contribute as a member of a team of clinical research specialists by providing high level expertise and leadership in the delivery of statistical and programming services for AKTN trials, methodological work related to AKTN trials, as well as offering statistical advice and education to the broader kidney disease research community.

Clinical Project Manager
A great opportunity is now available to join the Australasian Kidney Trials Network (AKTN) as a Clinical Project Manager. The successful candidate will be an experienced clinical research professional overseeing a team of Clinical Research Associates across multiple kidney trials. This position leads the development of policy and procedure, and compliance and quality processes to ensure the safety of research participants and the integrity of the research data. The role will also be responsible to guide the professional development of the team and ensure appropriate resources are available for the successful delivery of AKTN’s project level clinical trial activities.
